The client purchases Precisely EngageOne CCM Platform to meet their customer communication needs including distribution of Policy statements and renewal notices thru print and digital medium. The client has 9 different lines of business for the Template creation, namely Motor Insurance, PA & Medical Insurance, Fire Insurance, Marine Insurance, Engineering & Bond Insurance, Liability & Misc Insurance, Workmen Insurance, Package Insurance and Receipt & SOA Insurance.
The client was using a local service provider for the template development for past 2 years. In a long span of 2 years, the local vendor was able to go live with just 2 LoB with the developed templates. The partner outsourced one LoB with Digital Business People (DBP), Fire Insurance for template design and development for both policy and renewal. The related templates were successfully designed and developed within a short span of 2 months incorporating certain very complex design and business logics in the templates.
The templates design and development involved extracting input data files from Spectrum, designing of templates on EngageOne Designer and configuring EngageOne Deliver for policy and renewal notices. The templates design involved both static PDFs, using Lookup Tables, repeated rows and other complex business rules and logics.
The output involved delivery of these policy statements and renewal notices thru eMail, SMS, Print in batch, Print in online and into archival.
