Crocs chooses Digital Business People for the development of a Mobile Application to Manage Store Surveys

Singapore — Digital Business People, the leading digital transformation company focused on omni-channel customer experience management, announced today a new milestone in mobile application development service line by adding Crocs to its list of clients.  Crocs is an American multinational footwear company having a regional headquarter in Singapore. DBP has been tasked to develop a B2B Mobile Application for Croc’s  Retail Store Surveys aimed at replacing the manual store survey and evaluation process.

DBP will develop the most widely adopted operating systems iOS and Android in English and Simplified Chinese Languages, for the Admin, the surveyors, and the management staff in South East Asia and China. The store evaluations, scores, and actions against each item in the checklist will be automated. Surveyors will be able to take photographs of each action item through the phone camera and download them using the web application. Finally, it will enable the Crocs management to make important decisions by generating PowerPoint reports.
