Job Description:

Lead generation and building of pipeline thru existing database, social media and other web-channels

Skill Set:

Essential requirements for this role include:

  • You should have a natural flair towards sales
  • You should be fluent in English with good articulation powers both verbal and written
  • Should be active member on social media specially LinkedIn.
  • You should have strong presentation and sales skills
  • You could either be a fresher or with 1-2 years of sales experience in IT solutions selling
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or technology field is preferred not mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player

Desirable requirements for this role include:

  • IT Solution Selling / Implementation experience

This role is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Lead generation and building of pipeline thru existing database, social media and other web-channels.
  • Research the market and related products and current solutions being used by prospective clients
  • Representing DBP and its various lines of service offerings to potential clients and prospects
  • Effectively and independently articulating / delivering DBP’s value proposition and solution offerings to prospects.
  • Developing a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting via cold-calls, marketing lead follow-up.
  • Investigating the client’s needs, to qualify them and through a strong and deep understanding of solutions, recommending the particular solution that best fulfils the identified needs.


You should either be located at NOIDA, India or Lucknow, UP, India.
