Digital Business People announces delivery partnership sign-up with Quadient Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Singapore Digital Business People, a leading digital transformation company focussed on omni-channel customer communication management, announced today that it has entered into a Delivery Partnership Agreement with Quadient Singapore Pte. Ltd. This delivery partnership will include professional services and support for Quadient’s Flagship Customer Communications Management Solution, Quadient® Inspire in Asia Pacific and India. While talking about this new milestone the Founder of the company Ashish Bhalla said that, “this enhancement in our partnership with Quadient is a result and reflection of the company’s philosophy of investing in long term relationships with our partners.”

DBP has been a business partner (BPA) of Quadient Singapore Pte. Ltd. for its Flagship Customer Communications Management Solution, Quadient® Inspire through early partnership agreements since May 2019. These agreement(s) already included mandates of market development, sales, distribution and support in Indonesia and Limited Reseller Agreement (LRA) for the rest of the countries in Asia Pacific Region. 

This strengthening of partnership between Quadient® and DBP comes just three months after the enhancements done by Quadient® in its Flagship Customer Communications Management Solution, Quadient® Inspire – a featured product solution in DBPs portfolio for its customers. “The focus of DBP company is omni-channel customer communication management and we believe that Quadient Inspire is the leading solution in this space globally.
