The announcement was made during the Quadient Inspire Day, an annual event conducted by Quadient every year. Quadient has introduced its first-ever Experience Partner Awards this year. The awards are introduced to recognize Partners contribution in various categories for their exemplary work on Quadient’s Customer Experience Management (CXM) platform, “Inspire”, providing maximum value to customers, partners and Quadient. Award winners were recognized on November 18 during the Quadient Inspire Days, a global conference for customer experience (CX) professionals. This year the event was conducted virtually in view of the global pandemic.
Digital Business People was awarded “Partner of the Year 2021” for Services for having collaborated with Quadient on 7 major projects across APAC to accelerate time to value without compromising quality.
