Singapore — Digital Business People (DBP), a leading digital transformation company focused on omni-channel customer engagement management has announced to kick start the next phase T2.10 of the implementation of Quadient Inspire Customer Communication Management Solution project for the largest Superannuation company in Australia in partnership with Quadient Australia.
The project involves migration of their legacy CCM platform, which was running on Doc1 to Quadient Inspire CCM Platform. The first phases T1.0 of the project has been successfully completed in Q4 2021 while the second phase T1.50 is still under development stage. This new phase T2.10 will be focusing on the development of Statement templates. The current phase of the project covers development of more than 60+ templates. Digital Business People shall also be responsible for the quality assurance work for the phase including support during the SIT and UAT. Quadient Australia has also chosen DBP to provide Go-Live support for the phase.
With this the 3rd engagement for DBP on the project, DBP steps out of south-east Asia with a strengthened partnership Quadient. The engagement bespeaks the company’s capability in implementing Quadient CCM solution for Quadient’s valued clients.
